Insight Bowl 2010 will take place on December 28th, in the Tempe, Arizona at Sun Devil Stadium, where Missouri Tigers of the Big Twelve will match against the Iowa Hawkeyes of the Big Ten (get the cheapest tickets).
Missouri Tigers' 10-2 season was an exiting and really impressive one, with their only loss to Nebraska and Texas Tech, comparing to the strong wins over Texas A&M, Oklahoma and Kansas State. The team ended in a tie for 1st in the Big Twelve's North Division, but eventually did not get the tie-break which could get them into the conference title game.
Iowa Hawkeyes had played several really close, tough games vs. Big Ten opponents, but collapsed to a disillusioning 3 game losing streak that caused a pushing the team down out of the national rankings.
Overall, Iowa wasn't as strong this year as usual, at the time when Missouri has a really solid team able for greater things, if only they hadn't lost that game to Texas Tech.
