The Poinsettia Bowl 2010 will have a separate home-field preference at play, as it features the home town San Diego State Aztecs welcoming the Navy Midshipmen.
The crowd is mostly to be expected of pro-Aztecs of San Diego State, as they play their home game at the site of the Poinsettia Bowl, San Diego's Qualcomm Stadium. Nevertheless, the U.S. Navy has a large presence in San Diego area due to the West Coast's biggest naval base, so probably the amount of fans on the match won't be so uneven as it could be.
Having Navy Midshipmen satisfied with a quite strong season, considering the team is currently 8-3, San Diego State Aztecs are probably also enjoyed a solid season, as they are 8-4, but team’s 4 losses came at the hands of Missouri, BYU, Utah and TCU.
The Poinsettia Bowl promises to be an entertaining event, but the San Diego State Aztecs could be a predicted winner of this Bowl, taking place December 23rd (buy the cheapest tickets here). They have played with strong teams and to tell the truth, played well against them, by the way being very comfortable playing at the Qualcomm Stadium.
