Pinstripe Bowl 2010: Syracuse Orange vs. Kansas State Wildcats

Pinstripe Bowl 2010 is a kind of introductory personification of a New York City-based bowl game, and the set is going to take place at the Yankee Stadium on December 30th (cheap tickets). Pinstripe Bowl 2010 is the second football game ever played in the new Yankee Stadium since its opening in 2009 year.

This bowl was officially set up, as Syracuse and Kansas State both accepted invitations to participate in the Pinstripe Bowl's first-ever event. The bowl was tied, from the beginning, to both the Big East and the Big 12, and this could be really a promising pairing between 2 teams that had several incredibly high moments during their regular season in 2010.

Kansas State Wildcats finished 7-5, considering that they started out 4-0, but once their schedule came up with teams like Oklahoma State, Missouri and Nebraska, the team could not keep pace in the tough Big 12. Syracuse Orange, from the other side, was in contention for a potential Big East champ at the beginning of the year, upsetting West Virginia on the road. But the fact that they had lost to Pittsburgh, UConn and Boston College brought them an invitation to the Pinstripe Bowl.
